Starting with an energetic warm up
section Nico will take you on to training tips and conditioning exercises to
gain the strength and stamina you need to achieve explosive power moves, or
slow graceful and controlled executions.

This workout incorporates notions of his
Martial Arts back ground incorporating endurance training and plyometrics **.
Highly recommended!
** Plyometrics -- also known as jump training – it is
a training technique designed to increase muscular power and explosiveness.
Originally developed for Olympic athletes, plyometric training has become a
popular workout routine for
people of all ages, including children and adolescents.
You need to be physically well to attend this workshop free from injury
