~  Sunday 15th September 2013 ~ Hawth Theatre Crawley West Sussex - We are looking for volunteers for the day from 9am - 11pm

Opportunities for the following volunteers

• Supporting the competitors front and back stage – meeting them at the venue, directing them and being helpful
• Supporting our valuable sponsors and vendors – meeting them at the venue, directing them and being helpful with their requirements
• Stage and venue preparation during the day  -  before the competition with stage and venue set up, stage set up during all the competitions with awards and photography
• Judges support during the day  - meeting them at the venue and making sure they are supported throughout the day
• Spectators – meeting them with a smile and supporting them with information about the day and whos who, where everything is and what’s happening at what time
• In charge of VIP guest lists & meet & greet
• Glamorous VIP hostesses and Spectator support – dressing up sexy clothing to be advised
• Merchandise sales team – a good product knowledge and sales experience essential
• RPolers – Pole play during the event on a rota system - uniform will be provided, excellent customers service and a happy attitude essential. Intermediate – advanced poling skills required
• Pole Cleaners required - Experience the thrill of being on the stage in front of a live audience. Proficient and a high level of advanced pole climbing experience on the pole is required  - training will be given
• Official video and photographer’s front and back stage – amateurs welcome
• Social media helpers – proficient in Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and any others a bonus

In return ~ all will receive TRAINING and a standing ovation at the end of the day/night!
FREE all day entry ticket for the day/evening for yourself only.
Meet & Greet all competitors, VIP’s and judges up close
Please note:  Conditions will apply and minimum time of support required

Who will receive a free return flight and accommodation for four days to Switzerland from the UK plus a ticket to watch the finals.

Job title – World Pole Dance Competitor Assistant in Switzerland

Each applicant must be available from Wednesday 7^th November to Sunday 11^th November  2012 inclusive

The successful applicant must be available for three meeting in Crawley West Sussex  on

September 19^th, October 10^th and October 31^st 10am – 2pm

This challenging yet highly rewarding role will support the UK team in Switzerland around the preliminaries and  World Pole Sport & Fitness championships.  You will be required to support all the competitors from over 26 countries so languages and an understanding in cultural differences  will be an advantage

●      An exceptional organiser with a calm manner

●      Great at working under pressure

●      Experience in pole fitness  and pole competitions and events

●      A sound knowledge of the History of World Pole Dance since 2009

●      First aid qualified would be an advantage

●      Exceptional customer service

●      Experience in PR and media would be an advantage

●      Experience in social networking sites – Facebook, Twitter
